When the family can't find the special Christmas tree star made by Daddy's late father, the holiday spirit dims. Young Jeffy, believing Santa can do anything, asks the department store St. Nick to bring his Granddad back from heaven as a present for his sad father. Though a visit from Granddad's spirit can't quite happen, Jeffy learns a meaningful lesson about love and memory when he's shown where the misplaced star is hidden.
