All films are provided on a DVD-R disc and are guaranteed to play world-wide. They are made to order.
We recommend Digital Downloads (MP4) as an alternative to save on postage and prevent lost Packages and Extra Shipping Charges!!!
Standard Packaging
All physical DVDs are shipped in a Plain White Protective Sleeve. The Standard Purchase Does not Include a Hard Case or Printed artwork.
Packaging Upgrade
You can add a Case & Cover Artwork for an additional $5.00 per title. This is a Made with Love!!! on Demand!
Artwork Exclusion
We do not offer Disc Art or Labels printed on the DVD itself.
Series Note
If you are ordering a multi-disc series, Your Cover Art Price Will Vary Each Case Holds 2 Dvd's If your show is longer than you will need more Cases to hold each DVD Comfortable.

We are the only site that will go above and beyond to show you what you're buying before you complete your purchase.
Quality Variation
The quality of our films varies as they are sourced from different places around the world. Sources include old VHS tapes or recordings aired on TV.
Visual Logos
Films sourced from TV may include network logos or watermarks that we do not remove
Content Note Films that originally aired on TV are offered commercial-free. Music in all films may vary."Collector's Only"Some listings carry a "collectors only" warning. This means the copy we have is not high quality, but it is the only known copy available. We constantly try to update films with better sources.

Tracking Lost Packages
Tracking: A tracking number (or customs number for international orders) will be provided for all shipped DVDs.
International Follow-Up: Once a package leaves the USA, you are responsible for following up with your local post office if delivery is delayed. Malta can take up to 3 Months Before Package arrives.
Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will resend a replacement package with a tracking number,. We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses provided by the buyer. In this Case you will be asked to pay the shipping charge again.

Defective Discs & Order Errors We do not offer a general return policy; however, we stand behind our media. If a film is Defective (e.g., Playback Errors or "Disc Not Working"), or if you receive the wrong film due to our mistake, we will gladly provide a replacement.
Replacement Process:
Contact Us First: Please email us before sending anything back. We are often able to verify the issue through a description or proof of the defect, which may save you a trip to the post office.
Shipping & Costs: If a physical return is required, it must include a tracking number.If the Film Id Defective
Important: We do not reimburse for "extra" or retail shipping charges (such as high-cost post office counter fees). We do not provide prepaid envelopes.
To keep costs low for everyone, we highly recommend choosing the Digital Download option for replacements. They are the same high quality and available instantly.
Replacement Process:
You must send the defective disc back to us first so we can verify the issue
(Unless you can fully describe or show proof of the Defect).
International Defectives:
If an international buyer's film is defective and they do not wish to pay Reshipment Fees,
We will send The Digital File as a Replacement instead.
