We perform the enhancement, digitize the footage, and return your original tapes for $3.65 per tape plus $6.25 shipping (USA) if you request them along with your new hard copy.
Updated Service & Policy GuidelinesOur Archival PhilosophyTrue TV Movies is dedicated to the preservation of rare and out-of-print television broadcasts. We strictly focus on vintage TV content (PAL and NTSC formats). We do not accept family home movies, personal video collections, or non-broadcast material.
Transfer & Processing FeesStandard Transfer: $8.95 per tape (covers up to 1.5 hours of continuous footage).
Multiple Movies & Source Material: We have no control over the condition of the source material, and whatever is on the tape goes directly onto the file or DVD. If a single tape contains multiple movies or distinct programs, each separate title is subject to its own transfer charge.
Long-Play / Complex Transfers: For recordings exceeding 1.5 hours or those with fragmented "Start/Stop" patterns, an additional $10.00 per hour processing fee applies. This reflects the intensive manual labor required for monitoring, digital reconstruction, and burning.
Turnaround TimeWe are people, not robots! We take pride in the care we put into every transfer, which means we are not an instant-service factory. Please allow at least one week for processing. To help keep our process smooth, we ask that you limit follow-up emails while your order is in progress.

Custom Cover Art Service Availability: Custom cover art is a premium, made-to-order service reserved exclusively for vintage TV/film titles. We do not provide this service for home movies or personal recordings.
Labor & Pricing: Each cover is custom-designed and crafted on demand. This is a time-intensive process requiring approximately two hours of design and production time per title. Because of this, custom cover art is only available for specific cataloged titles and is subject to current material availability.
Important Storage & Media PolicyDue to limited hard drive capacity and our focus on high-fidelity archival preservation, we cannot maintain long-term storage of custom digital files. Once your order is finalized and shipped, digital project files are permanently removed from our systems to make room for the next set of archives.
