Sin of Innocence is a 1986 TV movie starring Bill Bixby, Dee Wallace (credited as Dee Wallace-Stone), and Megan Follows. The film explores a taboo subject for its time: two teenagers, who become step-siblings after their single parents marry, developing romantic feelings for each other.

When widower David McGary (Bixby) and divorcee Vicki (Wallace-Stone) merge their lives, bringing along their respective teenagers, Tim (Mulroney) and Jenny (Follows), they hope for a happy, blended family. However, the connection between the step-siblings quickly evolves past friendship into a powerful and secret romantic attraction. This forbidden relationship shatters the domestic peace, causing intense discomfort for the parents. The situation is further complicated by Vicki's furious ex-husband, Andy (Naughton), who finds the romance morally repugnant. As the family grapples with the escalating turmoil, the film explores the impossible choices they face, ultimately ending in a difficult separation for the teenagers and an uncertain future for the newly formed household.
