Plot:
The story centers on a town tormented by a ruthless bully named Raymond West. Eventually, the townspeople take matters into their own hands, and Raymond ends up dead. A special prosecutor, Robert Doniger (played by Bruce Boxleitner), is brought in to investigate the death, but the town is resistant to cooperate. The film explores themes of small-town justice and the difficulty of upholding the law in the face of strong community sentiments.
