Plot: A police lieutenant, played by Gerald McRaney, must protect a businesswoman, portrayed by Heather Locklear, from a man, played by Terence Knox, who is blowing up skyscrapers to get her attention.
The man, Leo Kalb, is a deranged ex-lover of the businesswoman, Andrea McKnight (Locklear), and an ex-Marine and bomb expert.
He blackmails her into getting back with him by systematically demolishing buildings in the city.
The lieutenant, "Eck" Eckford (McRaney), is assigned to protect Andrea and predictively falls in love with her, becoming her new lover.
Originally made for television, a psychotic blackmails his beloved by demolishing areas of the city until she goes out with him.
