While on a spring break road trip, three young college friends—Zanna (Estevez), Joan (Falk), and Sunnie (Mitchum)—accidentally hit and kill a drifter while driving under the influence. Fearing the consequences, they cover up the crime and agree to a pact of silence. 


The group's fragile pact begins to break down when the body is discovered months later, and the police begin to investigate. The film follows the three friends as their guilt and paranoia strain their loyalties and test their consciences, leading to tragic outcomes.

Three young students go into a holiday which rapidly turns into horror as they hit-and-run a lonely hitchhiker in desert. They decide to keep the accident a secret, but as more and more evidence begins to turn up, they face the contradiction between morals and friendship.
